You should also have a voicemail or an answering machine set up. It will benefit your business to be sure this main number is always answered during business hours.
You could also consider an email for your business. You should make this email separate then your personal email. Customers like to keep contact by email especially if your business required documents to be sent back and forth.
You should also consider a fax number separate from your phone line. This will be helpful when dealing with other business and will be helpful if a customer needs to send a document by fax. Whichever method or combinations of these methods you use, be sure the number or email is correct on your advertisement material.
